Contest Rules: No one person can enter a contest more then once or they will be removed from that contest. Ip addresses can be looked apon if there is reason to believe someone has entered the same contest twice. No staff may enter the contests because it would make it unfair to non-staff

Contest: Make a restaurant and place the room on the rooms design floor. the room name MUST have [HR] in the name
